She was born Dec. 31, 1955, in Topeka, the daughter of John C. and Elizabeth Pleasants Foster. Miss Foster was a member of First Congregational Church. Survivors include her fiancee, Fred Moss, Topeka. Other survivors include a son, Andre Foster, Topeka; her mother, Elizabeth Foster, Topeka; four sisters, Carolyn Schneider, Jean Herrold and Anne Marston, all of Topeka, and Kay Foster, Eudora; and two brothers, Bob Foster, Topeka, and John William Foster, Kansas City. Kan. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in First Congregational Church. Miss Foster will in in state after noon today at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home where family and friends will meet from 2 until 4 p.m. Sunday.
